Discography
Recording on disc is a completely different exercise from a live performance. It allows us to preserve a record of a project, to fix an interpretation, a moment, like a sound image captured by sound professionals who add their art and expertise.

Jean-Michel Pennetier, Forum Opera
"Mezzo-soprano Anaïs Yvoz embodies the governess Jacinte with determination thanks to a frank prosody and a full-bodied timbre."
Sabine Teulon Lardic, First Box Opera

Paris, Saint-Louis Cathedral at Les Invalides: solo viola
"Mezzo-soprano Anaïs Yvoz was the pleasant surprise of the evening, as she simply reminded us of the fundamentals of singing (support, breath, projection, text) and thus gave a luminous simplicity to each of her contributions."
Bachtrack, Philippe Ramin
(…) “The French mezzo-soprano Anaïs Yvoz (…) offers a warm timbre in the middle range and a very velvety timbre in the lower range, as well as carefully crafted phrasing.”

The Two Franz is a program that brings together Franz Schubert and Franz Lachner in the living spirit of the Schubertiades: a colorful, intimate and inventive Hausmusik.
Performed by Ensemble Double Face with the voice of the mezzo and the sound of historical instruments, the program explores vocality, the "unheard of" combinations of timbres and the freedom of transcriptions that animated Vienna in the 19th century.
The musicians
Anaïs Yvoz, mezzo-soprano;
Marie Garnier, musical direction and cornet;
Kevin Bourdat, cello;
Rémi Cassaigne, guitar and kontragitarre;
Matthieu Schweiger, pianoforte-Tafelklavier.
